Daniel Crudup
Realtor
Specializes in: Residential Sales, First-time Homebuyers, Investors
Hello, my name is Daniel Crudup or as my team calls me, Dan the House Man! I was born in Henderson, North Carolina but moved to Winston-Salem, NC in 2011 for college at Winston-Salem State University and never left! I now consider this home, and nothing would make me happier than helping you find your home! I would say that I am still new to the real estate industry, but I have an expansive background of being service oriented and passionate about helping others. I have more than 10 years of experience working in human services/ Customer Services. In addition to this, I am currently obtaining my PhD in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health from Walden University.
I call Winston-Salem home because its where I live, work, and play. I hold several leadership positions in my community including: Secretary of the Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Vice State Director for the North Carolina State Board of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Protocol Director for the Southeastern Region and the Special Events and FundraisingCoordinator for both the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Pan-Hellenic Council and the Winston-Salem Chapter of Winston-Salem State University National Alumni Association. I serve on the Board of Directors for several organizations including Maximum Enterprises, Inc., Total Concepts International, LLC., and B.L.U.E.-G.R.E.E.N. Academy.
I was also recently appointed to the Forsyth County Equalization and Review Board. I am in a dual career. I currently serve as the Quality Assurance/ Quality Improvement Manager at Charles Hines & Son, Inc. Our company works with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our goal is to help these individuals achieve independence based upon their level of functionality. I entered the Real Estate world in order to help others realize the American Dream of OWNING a place to call home. I made this career move upon the realization that many people do not think that they can achieve homeownership; this is especially true in minority communities. I am a firm believer that with the right resources and individuals working together, I can help to change that narrative for countless individuals.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, swimming, watching movies, reading, shopping, trying new restaurants, and getting together with friends and family.
